Our school has established a school-based talent pool “JRGPS Talent Pool” to collect, store, and update students' learning progress systematically, including their subject performance, achievements beyond academics, and research interests in specific fields.
 

“JRGPS Talent Pool” adopts Howard Gardner's theory of “Multiple Intelligences” from Harvard University as its framework, including Linguistic intelligence, Mathematical intelligence, Rhythmic intelligence, Spatial intelligence, Social intelligence, Intra-personal intelligence, Kinesthetic intelligence and Naturalistic intelligence. This framework aligns with activities across our school's subject to comprehensively identify students with potential in diverse fields, encouraging them to actively explore and develop their potential both academically and beyond.
