Sports Team

Our school has organized football, track and field, boxing, cricket, pickleball, lion dance, dance, Chinese martial arts, speed cup stacking, dodgeball and taekwondo teams, taught by our physical education teachers and external instructors respectively. We encourage students to actively participate in regular sports training, competitions and performances to develop their potential.

Recess Fitness activities

In order to increase students’ interest in sports, Physical Education teacher will regularly arrange for students to join fitness activities during recess time.


Fitness Room

Our fitness room is equipped with rowing machines, exercise bikes and a variety of fitness training equipment. Students will be encouraged to join different physical training during class period with the purpose of improving students’ physical fitness level.


MVPA60

To create a more ideal sports atmosphere on school and to promote the World Health Organization's recommendation that children and adolescents aged 5-17 should accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity per day (MVPA60), our school actively promotes various sports activities and encourages students to exercise more during their spare time to achieve the "MVPA60" standard.
