Subject Introduction
Learning Objectives:
- Operate computers with a Windows platform and use tablets for learning.
- Learn a number of software packages for various purposes such as word-processing, spreadsheet and image or video editing.
- Learn the usage of the Internet (email system or data collection) and the proper attitude for using the Internet.
- Train students’ computational thinking skills and develop problem-solving skills.
School IT Measures / Strategies:
- Include tablet apps' usage and information literacy.
- Apply the I.T. skills in different subjects (e.g. Mathematics)
- Advocate STEM education, add coding into curriculum.
- Set up a Wi-Fi network in school, allowing students to use their tablets for e-learning activities anywhere in the school.
